Our screen prints, pre-made DTF transfers, chenille patches and rhinestone transfers are "ready-to-ship".
Typically, your order will be handed over to the carrier, within 1-2 business days in which the order was placed. If placed on a weekend, such as Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, the order will go to the carrier’s office the following Tuesday.

This timeframe excludes any custom prints!

Once your items have been dispatched, the responsibility for its delivery transitions now to the carrier that is used, which is USPS and UPS. While I make every effort to ensure your package begins its journey safely, I want to make it aware that any issues that arise during transit are beyond my direct control.

In the event of any shipping-related concerns or delays, I kindly ask that you contact the carrier directly. They will be best equipped to address any questions or provide updates regarding your package's status.

Please note that if you choose to request a "return to sender" for your package, the carrier may impose a fee for this service. This fee will be the responsibility of the customer and is not associated with Kreations by Kim.

Also, all screen prints and custom orders are final sale.
